3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

• You must have a valid LinkedIn account
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You must not be prohibited from using our Service under applicable law

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that appear to be compromised

4. Acceptable Use Policy

5. LinkedIn Compliance

• You remain responsible for all content you post on LinkedIn
• You must review and approve all AI-generated comments before posting
• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn Corporation

6. Subscription and Payment Terms

• All plans include a free trial period as specified during signup
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis

6.2 Payment and Billing

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CommentGenius from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of LinkedIn's Terms of Service
• Content you post using our Service
• Your infringement of third-party rights

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

• You may terminate your account at any time
• Termination takes effect at the end of your billing period
• You may request data deletion upon termination

12.2 Termination by Us

• We may terminate accounts for violations of these Terms
• We may suspend service for non-payment
• We will provide notice when possible
• Serious violations may result in immediate termination

12.3 Effect of Termination

13. Dispute Resolution
